Sample CVs

I thought that these Cover Letters and Resumes were solid. I thought that the strengths of these resumes and cover letters is that they included all of the information that is needed. The cover letters showed interest and knowledge of the companies that they were intended for and they also included the person's specific strengths and why they are the perfect candidate for the position. In the second cover letter, I think that too much information was given as one of the paragraphs could have been completly omitted. One weakness of the first resume is that it is too long. Resume's should onlyt be around one page because it is intended to be a fast and efficient way for employers to find out about their applicants. The first resume should have included some of the activities and skills that the applicant possessed because employers are looking for things like these that make you stand out from others. Overall, I think that these resumes are a good start, but not finished products. There are several things that need to be corrected on these cover letters and resumes that would make them much better.
